Senior Terminal Manager
School Bus Operations
LOCATION: Brookfield, WI
STATUS Full-time exempt
POSITION OVERVIEWThe Senior Terminal Manager will provide dynamic leadership to position one of the company’s largest School bus operations at the forefront of the industry. Working with his/her drivers, location staff, and members of Senior Management, this individual will dynamically lead, build, develop, and nurture internal relationships, drive operational excellence, and ensure best in class customer service, safety, and employee engagement.

Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree and at least 7 years of senior level, executive experience in the transportation or similar industry or 10 or more years of Managing School Bus operations.
