The Terminal Manager of our Watertown School Bus operations will provide dynamic leadership on a daily basis. Working with his/her drivers, location staff, and members of Senior Management, this individual will dynamically lead, build, develop, and nurture internal relationships, drive operational excellence, and ensure best in class customer service, safety, and employee engagement.

• Monitors performance; ensuring attainment of objectives and taking corrective action as necessary
• Remains aware of and assures timely fulfillment of scheduled and ongoing contractual requirements. • Takes steps to improve overall bench strength including assessing short term and long term staffing needs • Maintains a culture of growth and development of people at all levels, and ensuring that a pool of talent will be ready to succeed him/her in the short or long term
Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree and at least 5 years of senior level, executive experience in the transportation or similar industry or 8 or more years of Managing School Bus operations.
