Sales Executive – Northern Illinois Territory

Go Riteway Transportation Group specializes in Corporate Transportation. Whether it’s transportation to Chicago’s O’Hare airport or Milwaukee’s Mitchell Airport, Go Riteway has the experience to provide our clients with the best reliable service.  We work with many large companies in Southeastern Wisconsin doing employee shuttles, large special events, and personalized services for upper management.  We are looking to hire a sales executive who will expand our services into the Northern Illinois region.  This person will have experience in Northern Illinois and travel to the Corporate office in Oak Creek, Wisconsin as necessary.  

POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Sales Executive at GO Riteway is responsible for growing our business in the Northern Illinois market. The successful candidate will have experience in Northern Illinois and will prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking. The individual will partner with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each of our offerings. As the territory grows, the role will help develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis. The Sales Executive will have to have strong self-discipline and be able to effectively perform while working independently. They will work with delivery teams to proactively address problems. As growth occurs, the person will provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings. 

Key Result Areas  

Grow the Business (60%)

  •  Identify markets across different lines of our services to pursue.
  •  Identify potential customers.
  •  Rank opportunities on level of importance.
  •  Go on sales calls both by yourself and with other sales team members.
  •  Provide presentations to potential clients.

Maintain new and current relationships (20%)

  •   Identify our top 50 revenue customers to maintain close relationships with. Ensure consistent contact with these customers. 
  •   Develop and send customer satisfaction Q&A so we understand how we are meeting customer expectations. 

Partnership with Operations (20%)

  •   Work with operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
  •   Be point of contact for main events, big moves and other high profile situations.

 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

3-5 years previous experience in a sales and/or sales management role.

Demonstrated intermediate level abilities to use computers, related software and equipment to input, store and retrieve needed information.

Ability to communicate effectively using good oral, written and listening skills to clearly convey information to others to ensure understanding.

Demonstrated ability to work well with others collaboratively in a team environment.

Hold and maintain a valid Illinois or Wisconsin Driver’s License, Commercial Driver’s License desirable.

 DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

 Working knowledge and proven sales experience in the Northern Illinois market.
