TITLE: Recruiting Director
LOCATION: Elmbrook Terminal
REPORTS TO: VP of Human Resources
Responsible for managing all of the sourcing, recruiting, and hiring for GO Riteway Transportation Group. The Recruiting Director must lead and develop a Talent Acquisition team through creation of a recruiting and sourcing strategy aligned to the company’s strategic priorities and annual goals. This is done with key business stakeholders, including Operations heads, partners, and other HR colleagues. The person is expected to successfully communicate and maintain the employee value proposition and brand that will attract and retain a high performing workforce. They will manage a team of recruiters to build talent acquisition capability, processes, and systems across the company. A high level of detail is needed to ensure compliant hiring standards are met, and that all regulations are adhered to. Collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources to ensure that talent acquisition processes and systems reflect the organization’s commitment to its mission, values, and inclusion and diversity.
1. Manage recruiting function and Recruiting team for company (50%)
2. Source, Screen, Verify, and hire (30%)
3. Analyze strategy and propose new ideas (20%)
Proven track record in high volume staffing/hiring important for ongoing success.
Background in an RPO environment is a plus.
Staffing Service industry background and the sales minded approach that accompanies that industry preferred.
