Responsible for growing our business by closing sales. Main focus will be on quoting and closing the sale in our Motorcoach and Mini Coach divisions. Focus will be on working up quotes, selling our services and closing deals. Will follow and execute the Cardinal Buses, LLC Sales Process. The sales process will occur by answering the phone in the office along with making outgoing phone calls and prospecting for new customers. Responsible for tracking their quotes and following up on their quotes in order to meet their sales goals. Other duties as assigned.

KEY RESULT AREAS
1) Master and execute the Cardinal Buses, LLC Sales Process. (70%)
a) Effectively manage customer communications by providing product information, quotations, specifications and other requested information.
b) Become knowledgeable of all vehicles, available services, DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and other requirements that apply to the services we provide.
c) Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail and corporate customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
d) Follow up on outstanding quotes to ensure agreed upon sales goals are met.
2) Enter quotes and sales orders ensuring accuracy and completeness. (30%)
a) Enter trip and client information into computer systems and complete paperwork accurately and on–time.
b) Monitor e-mail for customer requests and follow up appropriately.
c) Track travel and booking activities in the system to ensure accuracy regarding trip or services.
