We are hiring Full-Time Company Drivers (CDL II) for the Commercial Services Division. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and develop your driving skills in a variety of areas. Company Drivers CDL II are certified to drive Motorcoach and any other company vehicles as assigned. Other company vehicles include but are not limited to: airport shuttle, black car sedan and school bus.
This position works out of our Oak Creek and/or Germantown, WI locations.
This is a full time 40 hours per week driving position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. GO RITEWAY is a 24/7 business operation.
You must be at least 25 years old with two-three years Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) driving experience with a Class A/Class B Vehicle and be medically qualified per Part 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. You must be able to lift 50 lbs. safely. Applicants must have Passenger (P), School Bus (S) and Airbrake (A) endorsements; a good driving record and meet company guidelines. A Motor Vehicle Report is reviewed as part of the hiring process.
Professionalism and excellent customer service skills are an absolute must! Must provide service to customers that creates value for the customer, meets their needs and builds positive relationships for GO RITEWAY. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
Driver must successfully pass a company sponsored Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, pre-employment drug test (as well as ongoing random drug/alcohol testing); a criminal background check and meet Department of Transportation requirements.
