TITLE: Fleet and Facilities Coordinator
LOCATION: Oak Creek
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Fleet and Facilities
EMPLOYEE: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
The Fleet and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for administering documentation, systems, inventory, scheduling, and other system admin duties to ensure effective and efficient upkeep of the GO Riteway Fleet and Facilities. The position ensures that all vehicles are licensed, registered, insured, and properly maintained. This role will assist in all facilities related vendor relationships. The position requests quotes, and pricing for facilities related updates and maintenance, and upon approval ensures work is completed appropriately. Prepares, completes and submits reports, paperwork and invoices on time and correctly on vehicle and facilities maintenance. The role monitors accuracy of parts inventory at all locations. The successful candidate will work directly with the Vice President of Fleet and Facilities to ensure the companies vehicle and property assets are taken care of. Completes other duties as assigned.
KEY RESULT AREAS
A. Assists in the upkeep of the organization’s maintenance systems to ensure all vehicles are safe, reliable, properly maintained and will pass annual state inspections.
B. Create and maintain required records on-time, accurately and in accordance with Federal, State, DOT and company policies and procedures.
C. Work collaboratively with staff to support efficient Terminal Operations.
D. Manages the vehicle administrative process.
E. Administer and track property related documentation and leasing information.
