Part–Time Executive Assistant

Performs a wide variety of administrative duties providing support for the President. Coordinates and carries out tasks and projects preparing documentation and correspondence, processing and reconciling data and gathering information using software and other customer systems. Manages the President’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conference calls and travel including paperwork. Provides various levels of support for corporate events, meetings and training activities.
This position will be 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Qualified candidates will have demonstrated proficiency skills involving the use of computers and other office equipment including knowledge of MS Office and be an outstanding writer.
Professional image, good interpersonal skills, maturity, integrity and discretion are essential. A Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations or other business field is preferred.

Experience in transportation industry a plus.
Prior administrative support experience desired.
