Customer Service Representative, Commercial Services (PT Evenings and Weekends)
GO RITEWAY Transportation Group is a fast-paced customer service environment providing 24 hours/7 days a week transportation service to hotels, businesses and residences throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
Location: 6970 S. 6th Street, Oak Creek
Hours: Part-time, varies based on staffing schedule business needs, weekends and holidays
PM Shift hours 4 p.m. – mid-night/closing.
Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) performs all functions of the customer service operations area, as listed below. These functions primarily are providing quotes for transportation fares, taking telephone reservations in the office and providing on-site face-to-face customer service at our GO Riteway Transportation booth at the General Mitchell International Airport. The CSR may also do appropriate outbound calling to follow up and confirm trip details, as well as respond to customer concerns and service issues.
The CSR may also be assigned special projects by management staff or asked to assist with clerical/administrative tasks for office staff as needed.
