GO Riteway is committed to providing our customers with the safest experience possible.

That committment begins with having the highest quality equipment, maintaining it rigorously and continues through to preparing drivers and chauffers with the specialized training to ensure our passengers experience a safe, comfortable and gracious charter bus outing everytime they travel with GO Riteway.

The training and safety program consists of:
  • Classroom training
  • 5 keys of defensive driving
  • Behind the wheel training
  • Actual trip with an experienced driver trainer
  • Weather related driving skills
  • Highway Watch. A program developed by the Department of Homeland Security

Our Safety Director, David Butcher, is an integral part of our management team. He is an expert in DOT regulations and ensures that our drivers and mechanics are following all of the correct procedures. David was instrumental in equipping all of our charter buses with the latest GPS tracking devices, to be able to constantly monitor the exact location of each charter bus.

In addition to our Charter Bus training, GO Riteway conducts specialized training for all of our chauffers on a quarterly basis.

This curriculum covers the following:
  • Defensive driving
  • Weather related driving skills
  • Customer service enhancements
  • Sleep apnea and health related topics

We support our chauffers and customers with 24-hour dispatch services. We offer you peace of mind knowing that a qualified GO Riteway staff member is always available to assist with any emergencies that may arise.
